Fullerton Markets successfully concluded its highly anticipated Malaysia & Brunei IB Bootcamp 2024 from 1 February to 3 February 2024 at the serene Bidaisari Resort in Janda Baik, Pahang. The event gathered fifteen top-performing IBs intending to provide them with the necessary tools and knowledge to double their IB business income, achieve their goals, and foster collaboration and networking opportunities.
The boot camp featured dynamic presentations by industry experts, engaging activities, and collaborative sessions aimed at equipping IBs with essential skills and strategies to excel in their business ventures.
Firdaus Ali, the Regional Country Manager at Fullerton Markets, set the tone of the event with his keynote address, emphasising the importance of 100% participation, energy, and fun. He shared insights into past and present results of Fullerton Markets, outlined targets for the year, and provided valuable tips on effective sales approaches.
Lavin Larviania, the Regional Marketing Manager, delivered an insightful presentation on marketing strategies, covering topics such as understanding the marketing funnel, leveraging social media marketing, and creating engaging content. Participants also had hands-on practice sessions where they created one week's worth of content and visuals for their social channels.
The boot camp fostered teamwork and collaboration through engaging games, including a mindset game focused on reframing negative language and thought patterns, a negotiation game to enhance negotiation skills and promote teamwork, and a thrilling scavenger hunt aimed at promoting communication and problem-solving skills.
Furthermore, participants engaged in discussions and brainstorming sessions to develop comprehensive business plans for their IB ventures. They worked together to outline specific goals and milestones, culminating in professional presentations showcasing their business plans and goals to stakeholders.
